Quiet and lonely times are the times your concentration is at its peak. Pick up a novel, a storybook, magazine or any other interesting articles you love reading.

 

5. Try to sleep

There are times you just feel lonely because your body system is overworked and needs to cool down. You need to sleep or at least lie down for a while.
